The most common way to play the Bbm chord is by playing the root-5 minor chord, starting on the first fret. Most guitarist are familiar with the Bm chord, starting in the second fret, as this is one of the first barre chords that guitarist usually play. The Bbm chord is the same shape as the Bm barre chord (root-5), but down one fret.
Barre chords (or bar chords) are moveable guitar chords that require the imdex finger to fret multiple strings to play the chord. The notes contained in a C7 chord are: C, E, G and B flat. C seventh chords can be played in various ways on the guitar. Three of the most commonly-used C7 chord guitar shapes are shown above. The two barre chord shapes can be used to play other dominant seventh chords. You could play either of them two frets higher to play a D7 chord.
Instead of using three fingers for the upper strings, try using the ring finger or the pinky for the barre. In the long run, this will end up being an easier, more efficient way to play these chords. It can also be much easier to use the pinky if you have smaller hands since it won’t be as much of a stretch.
